Screw Quantitative Filling System

The high-precision screw quantitative filling device is precisely manufactured by CNC machining. It features high precision and wide applicability, suitable for protein powder, probiotics and various powdery materials. Each column is independently driven and controlled by a bus servo motor for screw quantitative filling, with basic functions including automatic stirring and material replenishment.

Forming Device

Made of CNC machined aluminum parts, it boasts high forming stability and is compatible with back-seal packaging.

Longitudinal Sealing Device

This vertical sealing unit is controlled by an AI bus-type temperature module for accurate temperature regulation. It seals the back of packaged products to ensure tight sealing.

Film Feeding Device

The automatic deviation-correcting film frame supports both automatic and manual deviation adjustment, keeping the packaging film stable during bag-making.

Ribbon Coding Machine

Clear printing effect: it adopts thermal ribbon printing technology, with well-defined imprints, strong adhesion and no ink smudging.

Transverse Sealing Device

Fabricated from special materials and controlled by an AL bus-type temperature module with precise temperature control, it seals the top and bottom of packages to ensure reliable airtightness.
