Product Overview

1. This equipment uses a servo motor. The three-servo control of the packaging machine detects via servo pulses. Pulse detection can be divided into two functions:

1) It can detect product dimensions to automatically set the bag length, enabling unlimited-length packaging.

2) It can detect the product’s reference point to automatically identify material position, with built-in empty-pack prevention, no-material film stop, and material-triggered start.

2. The human-machine interface (HMI) allows for fast and convenient parameter setting. Parameter settings for multiple product specifications can be stored and recalled based on the product dimensions.
3. Fault self-diagnosis function allows one-step fault clearance and reset.
4. High-sensitivity photoelectric color mark tracking with digital input of sealing and cutting positions ensures greater accuracy of sealing and cutting.
5. Independent PID temperature control for each zone, better suited for various packaging materials.
6. Positioned stop function prevents blade sticking and waste of packaging film.
7. Simplified transmission system for more reliable operation and easier maintenance.
8. All controls are implemented via software, facilitating functional adjustments and technological upgrades, and meeting the requirements for intelligent operation.
